What data is collected

This site uses no first-party cookies and no analytics tools. The contact form collects the details you type (name, company, email, phone if provided, industry and message) for the sole purpose of answering your request. Those details are emailed to TNS through the provider Resend and kept for as long as needed to handle the request and, where applicable, the business relationship that follows.

Hosting

The site is served from Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare, as infrastructure provider, may log technical connection data (IP address, browser, date and time) for the security and operation of the service, under its own privacy policy.

Links to third parties

The site links to the TNS store (WHMCS), to WhatsApp and to telenetworksolutions.com. Each of those services has its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of the details you have sent us by writing to info@telenetworksolutions.com.

The Zevli CRM product

Data processing inside the Zevli CRM software, which is installed on each licensee’s equipment, is governed by the product’s Privacy policy and Terms of service, published on this same site.
